Several storage sheds, a dog run, a small orchard with
apple, pear, peach and apricot trees, seasonal ponds and creek, and a root

summers into October with an average of 19 inches of rain and 225 sunny days a
year. Bud break is in mid-April with harvest starting in mid-September
through October.


Average
production can be up to 1.5 tons per acre. The harvest in 2007 produced 1,768
gallons. The wine is currently carried by Raley’s
Markets. Buyer will need to apply for
the winery license. There is no net income from the property.
